    Pinnacle Entertainment Appoints New General Managers

    Pinnacle announced the hiring of Patrick J. Browne as Vice President and General Manager of Boomtown New Orleans. Terri Porcaro has been named Vice President and General Manager of Lumière Place. Both will assume their new positions this month. Todd George has also been named Regional Vice President-St. Louis in addition to his current role as General Manager of River City Casino.     Pinnacle Entertainment offers anonymous hotlines to report fraudulent activity, accounting irregularities or ethics violations. To further preserve our culture of integrity, the Pinnacle Pipeline now has an anonymous online feature employees can use to report these issues. Jeff Current received an on-duty phone call from a man who suspected that his mother was having a stroke. As a helicopter arrived to transport her to the nearest stroke clinic in Cincinnati, Current and the EMS team were attempting to convince her she was in danger and needed to come with them.
